Using the Manage Better frameworks, this program is a deep dive into the “Me, You, Us” tool of reflection. Through this program, participants will be challenged to assess emotional drivers & roadblocks for themselves & those around them. Emotional intelligence is a differentiator between a great leader/manager & a subpar leader/manager. Learn how to unlock your team’s potential.

The development needs of professionals in fields that endure high rates of burnout (& failure) as a part of their everyday day are specific. What are High Burnout Fields? Healthcare, education, social work, grassroots organizing, philanthropy, entrepreneurism….the list goes on and on. Part active support - part leadership development. We must invest in our caregivers.
