SHE

A Failure Lab leadership development opportunity for women who lead & live big.

Deliberate community. No apologies. Big jobs. Big lives. Big ideas.

Why Failure Lab: SHE?

You cannot talk about failure without talking about identity.

Today’s women are kicking ass in every imaginable arena. They run organizations, build empires, climb ladders, manage families, raise children, care for parents, contribute to their communities, and lead big lives. BUT, all of us, regardless of sex and/or gender identity, are still navigating a fundamentally patriarchal system that deprioritizes the needs and voices of women.

The prevailing narrative is: Women can do anything. Women can be anything. The door is open.

And yet…..the vast majority of women - strong, successful, amazing women….women that by all outward appearances “have it together” feel like they are failing hard and fast - on the daily.

Success in one realm means falling short in another. Being all things means feeling meh-to-crappy about most things. The internal and external expectations and standards that govern how we relate to the world and people around us are WACK-A-DOO.

How do you thrive inside a system that you are simultaneously working to reform?

SHE is a leadership curriculum that was designed for women, by women. It was created because we could not find what we needed in the marketplace. SHE is a program & community for all the powerful women leading big lives & navigating many roles….in a system that is, in many ways, working against us.

To change the status quo, we must dive deep within ourselves, deliberately support one another, and find spaces & communities where we can be seen, celebrated, & nourished. This program is designed to be a space of learning, support, & community for women in leadership and business - executives, managers, business owners, educators, aspiring leaders……women who know and live the daily hustle of making their communities, workplaces, and world a better place.

The Modules

  • Failure & Foundations 1

An invitation for self-reflection. How does your relationship with failure express itself in your life? Let’s spend some time reflecting on ourselves. Who we are. Why we are the way we are. Who we want to be.

  • Failure & Foundations 2

Understand the physicality of failure & stress. Master the tools to show up in your life with purpose. Take your self reflection to the next level. How do we impact and are we impacted by those around us?

  • Women & Risk

What unique challenges do women leaders face? How does patriarchy impact our lives & our legacies? How do we process risk, and how does it manifest in things like imposter syndrome and perfectionism?

  • Women & Stress

Women experience higher levels of burnout than men. Fact. Why is this? How can we better understand stress and our relationship to it in order to be more effective & improve our overarching quality of life?

  • Women & Boundaries

The work to create a healthy relationship with stress and boundaries is lifelong work, and it is work that is particularly important for women as they navigate the unrealistic expectations of the world and their inner voice.

  • Women & Power

The world needs feminine power to bring it back into balance. What is your relationship with power? Unpack the things that hold you back. How can we work to define power in a way that serves us and celebrates the unique contributions that women bring to the table?
