    Anna holds a bachelor of science degree in Biomedical Sciences and a bachelor of arts degree in Professional & Applied Ethics, both from Western Michigan University, and sees her educational journey as evidence of the value of a liberal arts education.

    Anna enjoys audiobooks, fine-tipped ink pens, sneaking nutritional relevance into her children’s food, and learning about what motivates people to do better and be better.

    For the past 15 years, Chrissy has worked on leadership development at Teach For America, coaching and developing others toward making a bold impact for change. She is known for building relationships and strong team culture as a means to advancing work and meeting ambitious outcomes.

    Chrissy found her way to Failure Lab by attending the FL live events and casually becoming friends with another super cool mom at her kids’ school (Anna!).

    Outside of work, Chrissy is really a series of dichotomies: she loves CrossFit but also loves to bake; she’s a lover of memoirs but also The Bachelor; she loves failing but with a smile! #happydeniers4life

  • Larissa Link

    Affiliate Facilitator & Leadership/Mindfulness Coach

    Areas of Passion: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Leadership Development, Holistic Wellness

    Larissa comes to Failure Lab with a deep passion for mindfulness and adult learning. A certified yoga and mindfulness educator and instructor, Larissa has extensive experience designing, running, and certifying yoga and mindfulness teachers.

    She specializes in stress reduction techniques and training, accessible compassion and empathy practices, and team communication dynamics. In this capacity, she has hospital resident groups, collegiate educators, corporate teams, and thousands of individual students.

    Larissa is a voracious reader, lover of cats, and tackler of ridiculous home improvement projects.

  • Jane Timmer

    Jane is the President of Timmer Consulting LLC, an Executive Leadership and Team Effectiveness Consultancy. She is also an Advisory Partner with Equiida, a Leadership Search and Consulting Firm built on a foundation of Inclusion.

    She brings to Failure Lab 20 years of experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations achieve sustainable high performance through coaching, advising, and strategic facilitation. Jane has experience across multiple industries including financial services, commercial real estate, retail, healthcare & life sciences, environmental advocacy, education, human services, IT, manufacturing, and distribution.

    Jane’s other passions include good tequila on the rocks, dogs, and dog-people, beautifully designed things, and laughing until it hurts.

    Courtney has led in corporate spaces for nearly 20 years. Having served in diverse corporate spaces spanning across North America, from Fortune 500 companies to craft brewing and non-profit organizations, she helps leaders and teams grow spaces of equity, inclusion, and belonging. Her dedication and passion for transforming systems to make requisite changes for true inclusion, equity, and belonging are evident at the core of her being.

    Courtney is skilled in co-creation, design, and facilitation of DEI strategy, implementation, and learning with a unique blend of candor, vulnerability, and expertise.

    Courtney is the Founder & Principal of Inclusive Insight Group.

    Courtney's other passions include tasty foods, tasty cocktails, and friends….ideally on vacation. And being a mom to 3 incredible and independent daughters.

  • Mary Baker-Boudissa

    Affiliate Facilitator & Leadership/Equity Coach

    Areas of Passion: Equity initiatives that truly shift organizational culture & individual minds, women & BIPOC leadership development, & youth/education work.

    Mary brings an extensive background in education equity, culturally responsive practices, applied DEI initiatives in the workplace, anti-bias education, and curriculum design and implementation.

    Mary is a certified Co-Active coach with expertise in trauma-informed care, having spent the last ten years advocating for survivors of human sex trafficking.

    Mary has a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University.

    Mary's other passions include ballroom dancing, true crime podcasts, being Mama Bear to three awesome humans, and all things Wonder Woman.

  • Kristen Lambertz-Berndt

    Areas of Passion: Helping Others Reach Their Desired Futures, Developing Equity-Oriented Leaders, Data-Driven Change Management, Appreciative Inquiry, Human-Centered Design and Facilitation

    Kristen comes to Failure Lab as a certified school Administrator with 15 years of experience in the field of education as a teacher, coach, administrator, and leader of new teacher training. She holds her Bachelor’s in History from Whitman College and two Master’s Degrees in Secondary Education and Education Administration. Kristen deeply cares about relationships, has a profound belief in the overall goodness of people, and likes to dig in, do the work together, and have fun!

    Outside of work, Kristen is generally found chasing after her two young kids and loves doing anything active with her family, playing on her Sunday women’s soccer team, cycling, or doing anything crafty, especially woodworking or building.
